Our Vision is to build a strong alliance of girls and women who lift each other up by connecting and building meaningful allyships, and to grow together through regular skill sharing, exchange of inspiring experiences, and mentorship for the younger generation.

Our Mission is to be the helping hand to every woman who feels excluded or stuck in life; who wants to learn to stand up for herself; who is searching for sense of belonging or going through significant life changes such as expat integration, marriage, becoming a mother, dealing with burnout or mobbing at the workplace.
We aim to welcome and ignite 10000 women in the FLAME club by 2030!
